Whether you’re ordering a compact scratching post or a full-sized cat tree, our goal is to ensure a smooth and stress-free delivery experience β€” and provide flexible return options if something doesn’t work out.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping on all our Cat Trees & Scratchers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions β€” be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or check our homepage for current offers.


🚫 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Kamaconan is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed, but additional shipping fees may apply.

We want you (and your cat) to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • A return authorization must be obtained by contacting helpdesknow@kamaconan.com

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or assembled products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Final sale or clearance items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
